Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with CvLaunch. This page explains the refund terms for paid plans (Pro/Business) and the trial. Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle, and refunds are also issued through Paddle.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 7 days of your first purchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first purchase of both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@cv-launch.com from (or mentioning) the email address used for the purchase, including the transaction or invoice number if possible.
- We respond to requests within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method; depending on your bank, they may take 5-10 business days to appear.
3. Subscription Renewals
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
- If you believe a renewal payment was charged unintentionally (for example, you forgot to cancel), contact us within 7 days of the renewal; we refund reasonable requests.
4. The $1.99 Trial
The 7-day trial fee (may vary by region) is a one-time payment and grants full access during the trial period. The trial fee is refunded if requested before you start using the service; if the trial has been actively used, a refund may not be granted.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
Consumers in the EU and the UK retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you receive immediate access to a digital service, the scope of this right may vary under local law; in all cases our 7-day money-back guarantee applies and does not limit your statutory rights.
6. What Is Not Refundable
- Subscription periods already used after the 7-day guarantee window has passed (statutory rights unaffected).
- Accounts closed for violating the Terms of Service.
