Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are the agreement between CvLaunch ("the service", "the platform") and you ("the user"). By using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Description of the Service
CvLaunch provides AI-powered tools such as resume building, resume/ATS analysis, job discovery and cover-letter generation. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.
2. Account and Responsibilities
- You must provide an accurate and current email address.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or for malicious activity.
- You may not upload another person's personal data without their consent.
3. Your Content and Intellectual Property
The resume content you create belongs to you. To provide the service, you grant us permission to process this content (store it, generate PDFs, and send it to the AI for features you trigger). The platform itself, its design, templates and software, belongs to CvLaunch.
4. Fees and Subscription
- Free and paid (Pro/Business) plans are available. Plan scope and prices are shown in the pricing area.
- Payments are processed by Paddle; Paddle's own terms also apply.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the next billing period.
- For refund requests, contact support@cv-launch.com; your applicable statutory consumer rights are reserved.
5. Disclaimer on AI Output
Analyses, scores and suggestions produced by the AI are guidance only; they do not guarantee accuracy or any employment outcome. You are responsible for the final content and accuracy of your resume.
6. Service Availability
The service may experience interruptions, maintenance or changes. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CvLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as lost business or lost data). We care about your data; nevertheless, you are advised to keep regular backups.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and execution offices of İstanbul (Anatolian side) shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
