What actually separates the plans
Most pricing pages divide on features, so the cheapest tier is deliberately crippled and you pay to unlock buttons. This one divides mostly on volume. The expensive part of this product is not the interface, it is the AI work behind an analysis, a rewrite or a cover letter, and that cost is real every time you press the button.
So the honest way to read the table above is as a question about your month rather than your ambition. Someone applying to two jobs this quarter and someone sending fifteen applications a week need the same features and wildly different amounts of processing. The tiers are shaped around that difference, which is why the comparison table counts things per month instead of listing capabilities you either have or do not.
Two genuine capability differences do exist and they are worth naming. Premium templates are a Pro feature, and tailoring a CV against a specific job description is a Business feature. Everything else in the table is a matter of how many times per month, not whether.
What unlimited means on this page
Unlimited here means no counter you will ever notice, not the absence of any ceiling. There is a fair use ceiling behind the word, set high enough that ordinary use never approaches it. We would rather write that down than let you discover it at an awkward moment.
The reason is cost control rather than restriction. Every AI action costs real money to run, so an account with a truly uncapped limit is an open invitation to automated abuse, and the cost of that lands on everyone else's subscription price. A ceiling that a heavy human user cannot reach protects the price for the people who are using it normally.
If you are wondering whether your usage is unusual enough to matter: applying to jobs full time, analysing every version of your CV and generating a cover letter for each application is normal use, and it stays well inside the limits. What sits outside is scripted or shared access, which is a different thing entirely.
Which plan fits which situation
Three situations cover most people who land on this page.
- You want to see whether this is any good before paying. Free is built for exactly that: one full CV, a real ATS analysis and real AI output, not a demo with the results blurred out. It is enough to judge the quality, not enough to run a job search on.
- You are actively applying. This is the case Pro is priced for: a CV per role, cover letters that are not recycled, and enough analysis runs to actually iterate rather than guess. Most people who are job hunting seriously for a few months are in this band.
- You are applying at high volume, or switching field. Business adds tailoring against the job description, which is the feature that matters most when your background does not obviously match the posting, plus headroom for someone sending applications every day.
If you are between two of these, start lower. Moving up mid month is easy, and paying for capacity you did not use is the most common way people overspend on tools like this.
Billing, currency and getting your money back
Yearly billing gives you twelve months for the price of ten, which is the whole of the discount; there is no separate yearly feature set. Choosing monthly costs more per month and commits you to nothing, and that trade is the only thing the toggle above changes.
Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are browsing from, and the figures in the table are the ones you will be charged. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, so your receipt and any tax handling come from them rather than from us.
There is a seven day money back guarantee on a first purchase, monthly or yearly, with no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and requested by email; the Refund Policy page linked in the footer has the exact terms and the address to write to. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for.
What the free plan is honestly for
The free tier exists to answer one question: does this produce something you would actually send to an employer. So the AI output on Free is the real output, not a sample with the useful half hidden. You can build a CV, run an analysis on it, download it and decide.
What it is not is a permanent job search plan, and the monthly counts in the table make that clear rather than hiding it in a footnote. If you find yourself waiting for next month's allowance, that is the signal that the tool has become part of how you work, and that is the point at which paying for it makes sense.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing you have created is deleted when a subscription ends; your CVs remain in your account and you keep the files you have already downloaded.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
They stay in your account. Downgrading changes what you can do next month, not what you have already made, and any PDF or Word file you exported is yours regardless of plan. Features that belong to a higher tier simply become unavailable for new work until you upgrade again.
Is there a discount for students?
There is no separate student price today. The free tier is deliberately usable rather than a locked demo, and yearly billing is the cheapest route if you know you will be searching for several months. If that changes, the pricing table on this page is where it will appear first.
Why is yearly cheaper than paying monthly?
Because a yearly commitment removes the month to month uncertainty, and that is worth passing on. The discount works out at two months free over twelve, and it is the entire difference between the two options. Both give identical access to the same features.
Do you store my CV?
CVs you build and save are stored in your account so you can come back to them, and you can delete them yourself at any time. The quick check on the analysis page works differently: that file is processed in memory and not kept. The Privacy Policy in the footer describes what is retained and for how long.
What if the analysis is not useful for my field?
Use the seven day guarantee. It exists precisely for the case where a tool turns out not to fit your situation, and asking for the refund does not require you to justify it. That is a cheaper way to find out than staying on a plan you are not using.
